We empower people to compare qualitative property and location aspects quantitatively, based on liveability ranking by using Arical Liveability Index (ALI) — an amalgamation of hyperlocal data on a numeric scale (property bed-bathroom ratio, school quality, transport, shop-dine-service and crime within a property’s 2-mile radius), also for rental yields. We draw from our comprehensive and constantly updated property listing database from major online sources.

Our story

Arical was founded on the belief that by integrating architectural design and artificial intelligence (data science) expertise into scalable platform services, we will empower the majority of humanity’s decisions on properties and locations for living out their best lives.

The Arical brand was quintessentially born from the common alphabets of “architectural (design)” and “artificial (intelligence)”, embodying the integration of our founding spirit.

We were engaged in research and successfully applied our core expertise and technology for property development feasibility studies, retail and tenant location analytics, property price valuations and predictions; innovating with reinforcement learning-based generative algorithms, trans-disciplinary geospatial data, automated valuation and prediction models.

We are invested by Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund, with notable clients Hongkong Land and New World Development.

Our core group of users are relocating families to overseas countries that can most benefit from qualitative and quantitative analysis on Arical’s global property intelligence platform for the most suited property and living locations.
