TENANT COSTS Please note a Holding fee will apply when renting a property with Oliver James. To secure a property you will be required to pay a non-refundable holding fee of one weeks rent which will be deducted from the first months rent on successful passing of our reference and credit search.

Before taking possession of a property you will required to pay a month's rent in advance and a deposit of 5 weeks rent which will be held in a registered approved deposit protection scheme. All our terms and conditions for prospective tenants are available on request.
